WHO WE ARE
Satiated arose from the inspiration and desire of Maryll Villaruz to open a restaurant. With the support & guidance from her “network” and the culinary expertise of Dave Rosales Satiated’s vision of offering house-made and natural and organic foods was established.
Maryll is self taught, gaining her culinary insights from watching online international cooking shows & movies, reading autobiographical cooking books and trying her recipes out on her extensive family, friends and neighbors. Through her cooking she hopes to inspire people to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Dave is a cultivated chef who cut his chops working at the Imperial Palace Cebu. He’s been cooking for nearly 25 years and is proud to say that he’s only ever worked in high end establishments. Dave is thrilled about establishing the foremost dining experience
WHAT WE DO
We create proportionally appealing & healthy meals. We use locally sourced, naturally raised meats, fish & poultry, make pastas, breads, sauces, bake goods such as cakes, cookies, muffins & scones and make all our own jams, mustards, ketchups, etc.. We have our own, small, farm in which we grow hard to find herbs (chilies, bergamot etc.), edible flowers (Gumamela, Sampaloc, etc.), and fruit (strawberries)
We’re available for any occasion (birthdays, weddings, corporate events, concessionaires, etc.), at any time of year and in any location within the Philippines.
